Sarah Polyakov is an artist and a poet. She can bring visual and verbal impact to her audience. She left some space for me, but before we go there, let us look at her post.

🪩What actionable characteristics can we learn from dancers?

👉Dancers can literally pivot on a dime when the tempo changes.

👉 They are flexible.

👉 Dancers are masters of the body and the mind.

👉 They put in long-hours of practice before they take the stage.

👉 Through hours of practice and hard-work, they make the difficult appear easy.

👉 They can wear several hats at the same time. In the illustration below, she is half-dancer and half-flower.

Dancers don’t give up if the stage is their desired destination. 👏

Sarah Polyakov’s invite was unsaid. But I invited myself by picking the art ( the post). Here is a tribute to the ultimate art form.

Poem: THE ULTIMATE ART

Dance is the canvas and the body is the brush
The ultimate art they say, is rich, ravishing, and rush
The artist is the art, and no painting or poem after,
Nothing for posterity…
