Ten thousand pages of a story. And still, the story is being written.

Poem: Ten Thousandth Page

Ten thousand days
Most creatures don’t live
No journal is ever so thick
No story longer than this

But after those many pages
A new chapter starts
A story that I cherish
Will be written on one page
Then another … and another
For eternity and beyond

Perhaps a new book
But on the ten thousandth page
I mark three dots …
