Where did I come from? Where am I? Where do I go?

Poem: Paradox of My Journey

I am here, now
From where did I come?
A past that doesn’t exist anymore
To where would I go?
A future that doesn’t exist yet
So -
from nowhere to nowhere
what is this journey all about?

The prints in the sands-
of time washed away now
the new prints on which I stand
would be washed away too
I stand perplexed -
my heart filled with regrets
my head full of memories
the fear of moving my feet
for the prints may vanish again

If I have nowhere to go
would I be ever lost?
If where I came from
I could never go back -
would I ever be found?

I am a nobody
from nowhere
going to nowhere
I wonder -
what journey is this all about?
