Poem: Love and Time (Bilingual)

My bilingual journey seems to be catching my imagination. I rely on Google translation to write my Tamil Poetry ( I use the English fonts to get the Tamil Literation).

Love is timeless, but the lovers can get lost in time. This is the essence of poem.

Poem: Love and Time ( English)

Time still in my trance
Lost myself somewhere
Discovered me in your eyes
My soul intertwined
With yours, like, forever
That we were always together
As if I just noticed
The changed hand positions
Of the clock on my mobile
Time had just been ticking by
But-
timeless has been our love.

காதலும் காலமும்

என் மயக்கத்தில் நேரமும் நின்றது
எங்கேயோ என்னை நான் தொலைத்தேன்
உன் கண்களில் என்னை கண்டுபிடிக்கையில்
உன் ஆத்மாவில் என்னை பிணைந்து கண்டேன்
அப்போதல்ல கண்ணே என்றென்றும்
நாம் பிணைத்திருந்தோம்
ஆனால் அந்த நொடியில் தான்
நான் அதை உணர்ந்தேன்
என் தொலைபேசியின் திரையில்
மாறிய கடிகார முட்கள்
கழிந்த யுகங்களை காட்டுகின்றன
ஆனால் —
காலத்தை கடந்தது நம் காதல்.
