So, this is a dream from a scene from a Chinese Television Series called Advisor’s Alliance in which the protagonists, Si Ma Yi and Zhang Chunhua, sit on a swing and watch the full moon. The picture is AI-designed.

Poem: FULL MOON

I want only you –
Safe, under a roof
I am happy you are safe
Like the high blue skies

Even if the sky were to fall
Today is the full moon
Waiting just for us
You, me, and the full moon
Silent, cool, and still
Washing us with its calm white
And all the goodness above

All I want in my life
Lay my head on your chest
The warmth is like a nest
Holding our hands
The white, milky moon and
The dark silhouettes of the trees
Silent witnesses of this moment

The bulwark of survival
That you are, my dear
I’m not the warrior of life
I can’t figure out the tumult outside
I am just an average lark
That tries to sing in the night
Yet, my songs are heartfelt
As I sing to you and the moon

Even if the sky were to fall tomorrow
Today is the full moon
Up there, alone
Waiting just for us
This moment, the sweet now.
